	AKASHGANGA is conceived to spread information technology among rural masses. We identified milk cooperative societies where families are members & visit the society to sell milk of cattle owned by them twice a day. Spread of information & technology initiated with automating their routine milk collection process which was done manually. Beginning with computer & software in regional language, weighing scale, card reader & instrument to integrate the full process, we developed accounting system to automize and integrate accounting function in the system. Recently, we have introduced AKASHGANGA Milk Analyzer which measures FAT, SNF (Solid but Not FAT) and Protein in a given sample of raw milk. This analyzer has bee developed considering the need of the village cooperative society.
